Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse Notre-Dame Organ Puzzle: Three Scores & Key Order

At a glance

Find Fugue, Sonata and Concerto, then play their symbol sequences on the Great Organ Room floor. The hidden nine-note melody is a separate puzzle.

Find all three scores

Score Location
Fugue of Notre-Dame Spirit beneath the stairs in Great Organ Room
Sonata Sealed Scriptorium
Concerto Top of La Flèche

Return to the Great Organ Room after finding the scores. Step on the floor keys in each score’s order.

Read the floor from left to right

For easy reference, number the keys from left to right:

1 Aries · 2 Taurus · 3 Gemini · 4 Cancer · 5 Leo · 6 Virgo · 7 Sun · 8 Moon · 9 Libra · 10 Scorpio · 11 Sagittarius · 12 Capricorn · 13 Aquarius · 14 Pisces.

These numbers are a reading aid; the floor uses symbols.

Play the sequences

Score Symbols Key numbers
Fugue of Notre-Dame Moon → Sun → Moon → Virgo 8 → 7 → 8 → 6
Sonata Sagittarius → Capricorn → Pisces → Aquarius → Capricorn → Sagittarius → Capricorn 11 → 12 → 14 → 13 → 12 → 11 → 12
Concerto Gemini → Cancer → Virgo → Leo → Virgo → Leo → Gemini 3 → 4 → 6 → 5 → 6 → 5 → 3

Each correct performance makes the organ respond and clears more of the blockage. After all three, return toward the Death route in Transept.

Hidden War and Famine melody

The hidden weapon melody is separate from these three story scores. In Stained-Glass Gallery, read the symbols and candle counts, then play the nine symbols in ascending candle-count order. Candle counts may vary, so use your own room rather than copying another save’s nine-number sequence.
