Castle bridge: the illusion
The first encounter is on the bridge approaching the castle entrance. The story reveals Isaac as an illusion; the bridge breaks and Leon rescues Rose.
This fight does not grant The Zealot or Chronomantic Dive. Continue the castle route rather than searching the bridge for the later reward.
Heart of the Clock: the real encounter
First obtain The Shadow / Soul Harvest from Death in Notre-Dame. Equip the card and interact with the great clock at Clock Tower Bridge. Follow the correct route, complete the upper Clock Tower mechanisms and enter Heart of the Clock.
The real Isaac encounter awards The Zealot / Chronomantic Dive. Chauve-Souris is also associated with this reward route.
